24 Hour Roadside Assistance Protection: If your vehicle is in need of non-accident related roadside assistance, you must call the toll-free number listed above for service. The following benefits are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year anywhere in Canada and the United States of America (excluding Hawaii):
- Towing
- Jump Start
- Flat Tire Change (using customers inflated spare)
- Vehicle Fluid Delivery (cost of fluids extra- one claim per year maximum)
- Lock Out Service (key cutting and replacement extra- one claim per year maximum)
- Concierge Service (family notification, reservation changes, ATM locations, etc.)
A maximum of seventy five dollars ($75), inclusive of taxes, per occurrence shall apply for each roadside assistance benefit listed.
Rental Benefit: In the event of a breakdown covered by the contract, we will pay or reimburse you for receipted expenses to rent a replacement vehicle (from a licensed rental agency or a service loaner vehicle from a licensed repair facility) while your vehicle is at a licensed repair facility. Coverage will be provided to you up to a maximum of fifty dollars ($50), including tax, per day, for each (8) labor hours or portion thereof, as determined by a current nationally recognized labor guide, to a maximum of two hundred dollars ($200) for each repair visit. In addition, a maximum of three (3) days rental coverage will be provided for an engine or transmission parts delay and a maximum of two (2) days rental coverage for a vehicle inspection requested by the Administrator.
Trip Interruption: In the event of a breakdown covered by the contract which occurs more than three hundred (300) kilometers from your home and results in a repair facility keeping your vehicle overnight, we will pay or reimburse you for receipted motel and restaurant expenses , up to seventy five dollars ($75), including tax, per day for a maximum of three (3) days. The total benefit per breakdown shall not exceed two hundred twenty five dollars ($225), including tax.
