Continental Warranty is the exclusive, privately owned marketer and provider of customer service for the Freedom and Freedom Plus vehicle service contracts. When you purchase one of these plans, Continental Warranty provides you with the professional customer service of Premier Dealer Services (PDS).

Premier Dealer Services is then contractually obligated to You under the terms of Your Freedom or Freedom Plus Contract. Premier Dealer Services, Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Great American Insurance Company.

The performance of PDS under the Contract is insured by an insurance policy issued by Great American Insurance Company, a member of Great American Insurance Group, 580 Walnut, Cincinnati, OH 45202. You can relax and enjoy peace of mind, knowing your plan is backed by one of the highest rated insurance companies in the nation.

If a covered claim is not paid within thirty (30) days after proof of loss has been filed, You may file a claim directly with the insurance company. This network of service and financial support is designed to get you back on the road fast, no matter what.
